Doc is still missing as Jack and Reggie get their instructions from the 21 men of influence. Valuable gems have been stolen from a Dutch vault. Our heroes are to pose as businessmen, and investigate to recover the gems.
Danger, and murder lurk at each turn as Jack and Reggie close in on their goal. Is the girl that is helping them leading them to the diamonds, or to a trap?
