Jack and Don talk about the hotels they’re staying in while at Palm Springs. Don has taken on a side line job as a life guard. Bob Crosby interrupts to talk about the band, and their criminal activity. Mary talks about her recent dates. Dennis arrives, but Jack has already braced himself for the silly things that Dennis might say to him.
Jack invites the gang to his big Christmas party. The Sportsmen sing, Winter Wonderland. While along the way to his rented house, Jack meets Mr Kitzel. Their chat is about what Kitzel is doing for Christmas.
Jack makes it home, and helps Rochester trim the tree. The whole gang comes over to celebrate. Jack passes out gifts, and even kisses Mary under the mistletoe, although he has ulterior motives.
As the gang begin to sing a round of Jingle Bells, the landlord, Mel Blanc, complains. Dennis wraps up with a medley of carols including: the Latin version of O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, and Hark the Herald Angels
