The day has come to choose names for the twins. Jake and Becky Bloom wait for the arrival of Sydney and Sarah. She is getting frustrated, and wants to know what Jake is trying to puzzle out. He is trying to come up with a list of possible names for the grandson. Will Sarah use any of them? Maybe she’ll have her own ideas for names. Becky offers her opinions on the list he made up.
The two argue over using their grandparents names for the new babies. The doorbell rings and Sidney arrives with Sarah. Where are the babies? The left them at home with the nurse. Becky worries is something is wrong with the babies health. Sarah assures her that they are using modern technology and science to raise their children.
When Sarah and Sidney announced their ideas for baby names, Becky gets her wish for the little girl, but Jake is sad to know the grandson will have a different name from the one he picked. To make Jake feel better, Becky comes up with a solution where names are picked out of a hat. It turns out to be the name she didn’t like, but she has a secret that she shares with Jake was the kids of Gone.
