The Jot ‘Em Down store is reopening for business, and the show is back after being off the air for over a year. Lum and Abner is back with a new sponsor. As the guys approach the store, they discover their keys are missing. Lum gets a surprise when he finds the door has been left unlocked. There are more surprises when they get inside to find all their merchandise is still present. Dusty, but it’s all there. Now it’s just a matter of straightening things up, and getting ready for business. Not to mention a classic moment of confusion when Abner mistakes Lum’s meaning when he says they need to rob Peter to pay Paul.
