Don introduces the scene from last Sunday Jack and Mary enter a taxi. They discussed the fund they had in the nightclubs. Jack’s Playboy lifestyle has been placed on a Paramount expense account. When the cabby drops them off, Jack marvels at the miracle at high-speed travel by air.
Dennis and Don meet Jack, but where is Rochester? Jack meets Phil with his latest girlfriend, whatever her name is. Rochester makes his appearance, but box at the idea of flying. The flight is about to take off, but Jack is impressed with the magazine Mary has with his picture on it and races to buy a few copies.
The band plays some breezy traveling music, then we join the cast and flight. Jack and Don remark on the scenery below, while Rochester refuses to look due to his fear of heights. The stewardess gives Jack and Dennis a tip on relieving their popping ears.
Time passes, and now the gang remarks on passengers who join their flight at Chicago. Jack points out landmarks at his hometown, Waukegan. Phil works a crossword puzzle, and Dennis gets ready to sing a tribute song for Mother Day. Little mother of mine.
The gang enjoys a lunch, and Jack notices someone drew a mustache on his picture on a magazine cover. When the pilot hits some air pockets Jack ends up wearing his lunch, and feeling a touch of motion sickness. As the stewardess comforts him, Jack slips off into dreamland.
