Joe and Frank are working the Forgery Detail. The ring of crooks seems to have a printing press to crank out bogus checks. They even have their bases covered at the point of the check cashing, and have ID and credentials. In voiceover, Friday tells all the details that are known, and the progress of the case. A lucky phone call comes in from a check cashing office, and their man tries to claim innocence, but the evidence to tie him in is overwhelming. Now it’s time to play hardball with their man to see if he’ll crack.
It takes some undercover work to trap the bad guys and bring down the ring of counterfeiters.
