Up in the sky! Look, it’s a bird! It’s a plane! No it’s Superman!
When we last saw them, Clark Kent, Asa Hatch and governor Carson were gathered, and awaiting the dedication ceremony for the monument at Buffalo Hills. Despite all Clarks’s warnings, and reporting of the assassination attempts the governor is just too stubborn to believe he’s in danger. To be sure, the killers are hard at work to cause an explosion and avalanche.
Since the ceremony can’t be stopped, and the governor won’t step down, Clark and Asa look at photos for clues of what sabotage is to come. Spotting a problem, Clark slips away and as Superman, he uses his telescopic eyesight to fly directly to the killers. Look out bad guys, here he comes.
With the plot exposed, can Superman stop the explosions? Can he divert the rock slide that is sure to ensue if he doesn’t? Join in the high flying adventure as the Man of Steel defends against all dangers, and frantically battles to keep those at the ceremony safe.
With the gangster Florres fallen prey to his own trap, the governor still believes that it was all just an accident and that there was never any worries or real danger. With a thankless job behind him, Superman returns to being Clark. Clark and Asa then head off to get in their stories, and get ready for another adventure.
