Up in the sky. Look, it’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s Superman.
When we last saw him, Clark was in the Southwest with Jimmy to investigate mysterious plane crashes. Superman just rescued a plane from a crash, and news has come that an important visitor is to arrive. Jimmy has returned with amazing news, which he shares with Clark right now.
While at the circus, Jimmy overheard two men talking about Bridger Field. The sttrong man and the wild animal trainer discussed mysterious things that will happen tonight. What will happen is a mystery, but it’s clear that these circus characters are behind the disappearing airplane engines. Clark wants more solid proof.
Later, Clark and Jimmy sneak around the wild animal shack. The shack is empty, and a tunnel is discovered. The place seems deserted, but a weather report suddenly comes over the radio. Clark orders Jimmy to stay hidden as the circus folks come in. Superman pops out to confront the strong man and beat him up.
Meanwhile, Clark has cracked the code from the weather radio message. What did he find? What does it mean? Tune in next time to find out.
