walter, the stomach with feet, pops in for a bite of breakfast. His perkiness warns against a protest that the students have organized over the new policy, and informs Miss Brooks that she has been elected as their spokesman. Doing her best, Connie delivers a speech to convince the students to attend class. Mr Stone phones and wants the students to go home.
