Fears of a ghost in town have Lum and Abner talking about the progress of the investigations thus far. They talk about their sleeping night watchman, Ben Withers, as he gets some nap time in before his night time shift.
With all the disaster and accidents around town, Lum and Abner have a hard time trying to talk about, or even think about, any other topic. Is there anything they can do to distract their minds? Every little sound puts tthem on alert for ghosts.
