Lum has a new idea for a business venture, getting into the perfume business. Doc Withers is in his office/feed room, but comes out to take a phone call. It could be his first case after coming to town, but the multi-tasking doc spends more time chatting to Lum and Abner about people they might know.
To move the doc along, Lum agrees with him on knowing folks. A matter that confuses Abner, since he knows that Lum doesn’t actually know those people.
Will Lum ever get to be the perfume king? Abner gets confused over the types of the smelly stuff. Isn’t toilet water a poor name for something that smells nice? Doc Withers enters again, but is he finished healing his patient already?
