As Christmas draws near, Judy has returned home after her New York visit, and talks to aunt Aggie about the rainy weather, and their old fashioned Christmas party. Why aren’t there any guests responding to their invitations? Mel Blanc pops in as the travelling salesman from Texas, Roscoe Whortle, and tells about his Christmas card successes.
After a swinging interlude by the band, the Christmas preparation resumes. Judy tells a little about the good old Christmas parties back in Cactus Junction. Aunt Aggie and Judy talk about men, mistletoe, and what it takes to get a man. Pedro talks in your face to explain about his scruffy appearance, and kissing games with his girlfriend. Judy sings, It’s Been a Long Long Time.
Uncle Archie has found himself in trouble as he plays Santa Claus. The old timer tells about his trip, and brings gifts. Has Judy’s boyfriend Benchley brought her a gift that’ll make her happy? A confusion over a mispelling on Judy’s wishlist makes for some interesting comedy.
