Gayle brings word that the cops are trying to cover up the fact that it was no accident, but the result of sabotage. What kind of dirt can Britt Reed dig up? A letter to the editor comes in, making the claim that they know who the Green Hornet is. Has someone finally dug up the dirt on the Hornet after all these years? Going to face down his accusers, will the Green Hornet be blackmailed by them instead of the other way around for a change? Will he be framed for murder? As if he hasn’t already been the fall guy for several, when it’s benefivcial to hand the real bad guys over.
Just what is the evidence the crooks have on the Green Hornet to identify him? The Hornet manages to take the matter into his own hands, since the cops sure won’t do it, and foil the bad guys.
