Hints at conflicts over biting dogs, muzzles, and more foreshadow coming trouble. Lum talks about music entertainment, and kids with bean shooters as the phone calls and arrangements keep coming. As Abner’s frustrations grow, Lum gets more amused over the fun times he plans to miss by staying home.
