Riding the stage coach back to the West, young Dan Reed talks with a doctor. The medical man was a young buckeroo at a ranch, but is has left to get his education. Now he’s returning with his new degree and ready to start practicing medicine. Though some have their doubts, others are ready for his services. To add to the tensions, a range war is brewing as cattlemen and homesteaders butt heads. If the new doctor tends to the homesteaders, will the ranchers think that he’s against them?
