Sally has turned out to be a magician at style. Soon Nicky is fixing up her place with Jim and Sally’s help. The whole apartment building is soon trying to out do each other in redecorating.
The land lady, Miss Hacket won’t raise a finger with the expenses of the improvements… only the rent for now having nicer rooms to rent. She can’t get away with this… can she? Sally feels responsible for getting people into the mess. Is there anything she might do to get them out of the trouble?
