Lou has a new dog named Hector. He tells Bud all about his new pet. Hector is so smart, and he talks too.

The dog is out of Lou’s class, and Bud wants to take him on the street to auction him off. Bud and Lou work together to rig the auction.

Next the two visit Mortons Pet Shop. The jokes about dogs continue. Lou gets a job so he can earn money to buy a dog.

The big dog show begins, and Lou needs to show his dog. The dog jokes just don’t stop as Mr Kitzel visits. He and Lou run their dogs through their paces. The judges are now ready to award prizes. Who wins?

Back at the pet shop, Sebastian makes an appearance, and provides a few final dog jokes.
