While enemy forces race through the continent, the local national defense does all it can to become a top notch fighting unit. Still without weapons, or uniforms, the men do their best to simulate bridge destructions, and river crossings in their best suits. A weapon museum is to close. Will the Home Guard have their weapons at last?
The troops are formed up, and the raid on the museum is planned. As long as the men can stay alert for fake enemy attacks, and focused enough. Will they have an inside man to get the weapons? When things fall through, it’s going to take cunning to commandeer the arms by force.
Night maneuvers are planned. Disguises and darkened faces are ready. Will it help to get past the crusty old museum curator? Will there be anything useful among the aged old weapons? In the absence of weapons, other plans to deter the enemy are ordered. A Chinese rocket gun may not be dangerous, but at least the fireworks are impressive.
