Henry talks to his mother about some of his antics with folks in town, and expectations for proper behavior. Freddie arrives, and Henry joins him to do some car shopping. Do they have enough money? Collecting coupons from breakfast cereal will defray the cost. The boys check out the cars, and the latest features.
Even though Henry was warned against doing such a thing. He has recruited all his friends to collect coupons for him. The packages of breakfast food coupons catch the attention of Judge Thompson. If his suspicions about the coupons are confirmed, what will he do?
The truth can’t be hidden much longer, but Henry does his best to keep a lid on it, What does Henry hope to do with nine cars? Parade them past his girlfriend’s house? How about a little race? In the end, his scheme comes to naught, and the goofy antics balance out, and life returns to normal.
