After a review of the story thus far from this first season, Keith recaps the transition into today’s presentation. The end of today’s story ends the rambling, soap opera style adventure for kids, and the more familiar story arcs begin.
Here’s what’s in store in each installment:
1. The Prison Riot. 400318
After closure over the gold mine incident, Clark is sent to cover a breaking story at the pprison where the criminals from his first adventure are locked up. Keno and the Wolf are creating a riot.
Do they know who Superman is? Will Clark tip his hand that he’s the man of steel in front of a crowd at a traffic jam?
2. The Steam Plant. 400320
By the time Clark arrives, Superman has his hands full with Keno and the Wolfwho hold Lois hostage in the dining hall. Tear gas attacks from the guards aren’t working. Superman is prepared to rip the place apart to rescue Lois. Can Clark pass off his rescue of Lois as his own doing? Will she think as highly of him as she does of Superman?
3. The Wolf Versus The Yellow Mask 400322
Lois and Clark return to Metropolis to file their storie, while the Wolf and Keno arrive to meet with the Yellow Mask. Criminal masterminds face off for power. Meanwhile, Perry sends his star reporters to Direville. Is the town jinxed? The relationship between Mr Kent and Miss Lane is firmly on prickly ground, but look out for that collapsing bridge!
4. Saveing Jefferson Bridge. 400325
Red cloak flapping in the wind, Superman saves the collapsing bridge, but as Clark he doesn’t score any bonus points with Lois. Troubles mount, as a run away barge threatens damage on Jefferson River. Superman easily rises to the task, but Clark may have trouble keeping his alter ego a secret.
5. Yellow Mask to Blow Up Harley Dam. 400327
The town of Direville iz held captive. Unless $1 million is paid, the town will face disaster. Working with theCommissioner, Clark and Lois figure the mos likely source… destroying the dam would flood Direville. Clark’s confidence comes across as boasting to Lois, in the face of the Yellow Mask;s plan.All Clark needs is a little alone time to disable a bomb, fly the unconscious Lois to safety, and try to down play the involvement of the man of steel.
6. Water Diverted from Direville. 400329
Time is ticking, and threats still loom for Direville. Superman finds the source of the under water explosions. Torpedos. Is there any hope of disarming the bombs?” What will it take to divert the water? This is definitely a job for superman. Lois smuggly scoops Clark on the story, but what happened to the Yellow Mask?
