Bob reviews how nervous he was at his first show last week.
How did others feel about the show… the sponsor? Relatives? Bill Goodwin and Skinny Ennis crack wise, but jerry Kolonna only takes the encouragement to a lower, more weird level. The Six Hits and a Miss sing, Don’t Talk to Strangers.
After a commercial, Olivia DeHaviland brings some class to the show. As Bob talks about movies, they visit the studio where Jerry is the producer. Will it all be craziness, or might a love scene be slipped in? Skinny Ennis sings, At Long Last Love.
Change Partners and Dance was a hit tune, and Bob offers his version of it with a sketch about blind dating. As he and Bill wonder which of the girls at the dance is his, maybe a little gambling or drinking will soothe his nerves. Bill’s date is promising, but Esmirelda is less of a bargain for Bob. Isn’t it time to lower the lights and change partners?
