Mr Arnold is an American correspondent who visits a humble scientist and his family. What’s the breakthrough discovery that must be kept quiet? Is there someone who might benefit from betraying the scientist?
Nazzi police haul in Arnold, in hopes of learning about the discovery. It’s a shrink ray, but how will it help fight against tanks, and heavy weapons? Enemy forces close in on the lab, and it becomes urgent to make the ultimate test, one on a human subject.
The scientists grown children, Henri and Eva, make their escape by subjecting themselves to the shrink ray. As the Nazi police break down the door, what will become of Arnold the scientist, and the ray machine? The Nazi’s are more concerned with the involvement of Henri and Eva’s activity with the resistence underground than the machine though. Can Henri and Eva be brought back, or will they continue to shrink into oblivion? The machine seems to also have a strange affect on the fabric of time and space.
