The Harris girls are invited to a party, thrown by Mr Scott the show’s sponsor. Alice and Phil discuss the party preparations, the gifts they should send, andso forth. Gale Gordon is Mr Scot, and he pops in for a quick word on the expected event. A battle of wits between Remley, Phil, and Mr Scot ensues, but the party is for kids, no adults. Alice sings, Nickelodeon.
Phil still insists on sharing his party ideas with Mr Scott that include movies, snacks, and his own recent film, Wabash Avenue. Phil sings, the Jabberwokki Bird.
The party is crashed, and Phil shares a version of the classic tale of Cinderella, but with himself as Cinderella, Mr Scott as the step mom. Filling in for step sisters are Remley and Willie, and of course, Alice is Princess Charming. Cute story.
