Western lingo stampedes in as Sam alerts Effie to his latest report. Getting into the role play, to help out a client, Marshall Spade humors an old timer who has trouble in Dry Gulch. Hopping into his saddle, and taking the North trail out of town, Sam dresses the part for his cowboy adventure.
The ghost town is covered in dust and cobwebs. What can Sam do to help with the robbery of 1894? It turns out that Blackie and his gang have been skulking around town again. The first time in 20 years. The old timer isn’t entirely out of touch as he tunes the dial on his radio set to the likes of Mule Train, and his favorite show, Sagebrush Sandy.
Sam has had about enough of the play acting, but it might not be the sultry dame at hand, as it is the sudden ruckus and gun play coming from outside that makes him keep it up. Bodies lay in the street, but there’s hope Sam can save them if medical help comes in time. Gangsters in a back room are exposed as the force behind the strange happenings. ]Fists fly, as truth is revealed about the modern day bank robbery.
