An urgent phone call from the wealthy John Blake, isn’t enough to interest the bulky genius of a detective. Archie learns of a will, and a letter that is to be delivered. Isn’t this a job for a lawyer? Blake has his reasons for the confidential services of a detective. Though Archie thinks its going to be an easy job, Nero has his doubts.
Limiting his contact to only Blake’s secretary, Archie learns details about Blake’s family, and his strange disappearance. Is it a kidnapping? A suicide?
Archie is confused when he goes to interview the family, and learns about a twin brother. What will the family think about the will that Archie has, and the letter to the family? It seems to be a waiting game for the motive, and the body to turn up.
To force the issue, Archie and Nero conspire with the cops to use an unidentifiable corpse in the morgue. Will family members claim it to be Blake? Did the twin brother have a hand in either the murder, or the will? Nero is piecing the matter together in the confusing identity, and a round up of the characters may soon be called for. Will a killer crack under pressure?
Though the audio cuts off just as the round up, and reveal is to go down, this shouldn’t be a difficult one to figure out.
