Due to many requests to learn more about his past,, the Lone Ranger tells the story of how he and Silver met. Answers await regarding the horse that Lone Ranger had before Silver, how did Silver gain his great strength and courage, and more.
Unscrupulous horse traders have designs to raid a local herd for the noble white stallions who lead it. With Fred Foy’s narration, we look in on the herd, and the newborn colt, known only as the White One. Silvan is king of the herd, and Mousah is his wife. Together they raise the White One to be the future king of their horses. After Mousah died, but Silvan continued teaching his son to be a fair and brave leader. The lessons are put to the test the day that men come to capture the herd.
That first encounter with men leaves Silvan dead, and a bad taste for humans with the White One. The Lone Ranger isn’t in time to help, and as the White One flees, brambles and rocky landscape serve to weaken him. His true strength and bravery are tested as a battle with a raging buffalo makes for a fight to the death.
Barely able to cling to life, the White One is befriended by a different kind of human… the Lone Ranger. Coming to his senses, horse and man hit it off from the beginning… right? Nope. First, the masked man has to come face to face with those horse wranglers who caused so much grief to the White One. So, how do the man and horse become a team? Listen for yourself as life is repaid for life, and a friendship is formed.
