A mission involving a diving suit in the Caribbean draws Steve Mitchell from his date. He never seems to be able to stay in town long enough to develop any kind of long term relationships. Wilkins is the undercover operative, posing as a drunk. He fills in Steve on the experiments with new under water high explosives. Lord Byron is a calypso singer who entertains in the dive, and is a crew member on the boat that Steve is to get hired on to be a diver.
