He’s lateto the Golden Era Discussion Club meeting, and Abner gripes to Grandpap and Cedric about the delay. That confusing form is playing to Lum’s stubborn side, and he insists on filling it out without help.
The meeting of the Golden Era Discussion club is called to order by Abner. The minutes are read, but not without a few interruptions and distractions. Lum arrives just in time to bring the topic. The art of conversation is to be reviewed. Wait, you mean that the gents have been doing it all wrong?
Using some practice dialog from a text book on etiquette, Lum tries to present the polite speech. Of course it leads to all manner of confusion for Abner. Who are those people, and when did Lum change his name. The meeting is finally disrupted to run out to look at the butterflies. Should someone call Doc Miller to report crazy people?
