The home of the future Edwards observatory has been secured, and Lum gets Abner to help clean up the old Beuford place. Abner isn’t thrilled, and thinks it’s beneath his position as a Junior Scientific.
Cedric helps move a box outside. Hey, who’s pushing, and who’s pulling this thing? The sun is going down, and people are getting hungry, but Lum insists they won’t quit until the job is don.
Should they knock out the door? Lum insists on using science over brute force. I guess that leaves out Abner’s idea of burning down the house. How about oiling the sides of the box? How will they ever get the job done?
