Britt is welcomed in at the ranch of long time friends. Young George is worried that his sister’s new boyfriend is the brother of a killer who was hung several years earlier. He’s worried she won’t be safe with the man.
Is there something to be concerned over? Can Britt help soothe the matter? Violet is in love, and determined to have her way, even to the point of being a little rebellious in disobeying her brother. Why is George so bent out of shape with the brother of the killer? It might seem that George is the one who has murderous intent now.
After a confrontation George thinks that Violet has been taught a lesson to behave, but I think George has another thing coming. Britt’s not the kind to tamper in family affairs, but since he’s in the middle of it he talks to the fiancee. A better picture of the scene emerges.
