An arch criminal named the Vulture has stolen the model of the tin man from the bank vault. With the heavy guard, and extra vigilance, how did the houdini of the underworld pull it off? Nobody came to the attention of the guards, and those trusted with the combination are above reproach.
Clark examines the scene closely. What options might offer up the secret? The real night watchman is discovered, the secret is revealed. But only after the deed has been done, and the Vulture is long gone.
Elsewhere, the Vulture relaxes by practicing escaping from a straight jacket while underwater. He gloats over having the foot tall mechanical man standing tall on his desk. He decides its time he have the tin man for himself, and wants to build a life sized one that’s 8 feet tall to do his bidding. Will there be no stopping the mastermind now?
