In the middle east, Clark and Jimmy have been searching for the missing Lois Lane. In a preceding installment, Superman went as far as to tear a building apart in order to find her. Today their new found actor friend, Mycroft Bittersweet, and Jimmy watch on as Clark spots Lois in their hotel, but she refuses to talk to him. Does she even recognize them?
Can it be that the woman was actually a refugee countess from Poland? Does Lois have a double who looks like her? Going to the room where the countess is registered, a man in a red fez claims he knows nothing of a countess.
Back in his room, Clark is shocked to find a knocked out Lois on his bed, Can he and Jimmy revive her, and solve this mystery? Will Clark and Jimmy have better luck going back to confront the man in the red fez?
