As Matt and Chester take care of some personal supplies in the general store, word comes about a shooting. It was a matter of self defense, but when Matt learns about a gambler, and a salloon girl were at the core of it, he smells something fishy going on in Dodge City.
Dolly Varden is a good luck charm that the gamblers pay big bucks to have her stand next to them. Who ever she’s near, mysteriously has a run of luck at the cards. She’s also the source of men losing their heads, and challenging each other to duels when someone pays her to come their way.
Will Matt have any luck in getting her to give up her part in the gambling racket? What about the dealer? Does Matt have something on the man to force him to stop? Will the disruptive pair be forced out of Dodge to keep the peace in town?
