Episode 4 in this series. Jack Packard is once again reporting in London before the mysterious panel of 21 men. The next adventure will be in the jungles of Northern French Indochina, the lost city of Sheeva.
There’s still no word on the third friend, Doc Long so Reggie and Jack set out on their own. Dropped off on the edge of nowhere, they meet a Brittish woman who joins them for the adventure. The mission is to recover the Pearl of Great Price from raiding marauders near Burma. Why bother looking for them, when you can be captured by the raiders and taken to their lost city? On the way, they learn their captors are also under orders to take them out when the time comes.
Now it’s a matter of snooping around the temple, with the barest notion of what they are to do. Can they grab the loot, and get away undetected? It turns out that the pearl isn’t a pearl.
