Cody Bennet is charging high prices to access his water supply. Will Gene get him to do business with him on a dirty deal to dam up even more water? Will Gene’s friends believe that he’s betraying them? There’s more dirty deeds than simply high water prices. Gene works with the sheriff to set a trap, and catch Cody red handed.
