One of the most offending stories in Henry Barbers life came to a head the other day, but now has resolved itself nicely as he meets Roberta Evans. Clifford isn’t so thrilled though, and storms out in a rush, his words breaking his dad’s heart. As Paul escorts Pa away, Jack warms up to the red head girlfriend.
Paul speaks comforting words to Pa Barber on the ongoing relationship between parent and child. A relationship that’s constantly growing and changing. Will Pa understand the position where Clifford is coming from? Paul tries to mediate and make sense of the problem in his style of poetic prose. Should there be any blame placed on Ma or Pa?
Hazel learns of the incident, when a phone call comes in about a car accident. Is Cliff OK? Should Pa Barber be told?
