Arch enemy Mogo has hypnotized Pat in order to sneak the ring with the blak pearl from Dick Tracey. Little does he know that Dick was suspicious and followed Pat. Little does Dick know, Mogo had a henchman standing by.
Now Dick has been captured along with Pat. The ring has been surrendered to Mogo, and he lets Dick and Pat escape. Little did Mogo know that Dick was cooperative because he planned on something going wrong, and already hid the pearl somewhere else. The pearl is safely sent back to it’s homeland where it was stolen from.
Through today’s action, Dick has uncovered a new ring of gangsters that he didn’t know about before, and he’ll be hot on cracking down on them. Who is the real power behind Mogo, and his gang of international art smugglers? Dick and his friends head home to relax before their next adventure begins.
