While Dick Tracy believes that he has hard evidence to connect Malice to the train wrecks, and a visiting dignitary rides on the train, it sets up a perfect wreck for Malice to get rid of his rivals. Though loyal to the end, even the butler seems to be on Malice’s short side.
On the train, Dick and Pat feel they’re safe on the passenger train. Only freight trains have been derailed so far. Elsewhere, Steven shows that he’s more compassionate than his uncle, and the lessons that are pounded into him. In going to rescue his little dog, he plays a part in foiling his uncles plans. Proof is found to link Malice to the wrecks, but can he get the new information to the cops in time?
