Back in Metropolis, we join the football game in progress, and a worried coach. Is there hope that the antidote will arrive. It takes months to travel such a distance, and they need it now,. Has all their hopes of winning that research money dried up??
The crowd roars, there’s only 3 minutes left on the clock, and all hope still lays in the thick jungles far away. We find that Superman is chasing Tango Pete, but after the antidote is recovered, can Superman cover the distance. Sure enough Clark rushes in with the medicine, and last moment miracles ensue as the team rallies for a victory.
