What strange experimentation is going on in the wilderness? Bill’s son, John, isn’t acting his usual self when he meets Jim again. The listener may recognize what the matter is, but will Jim?
Spending the night in the manor on the island, Bill ensures that Jim has certain protections in his bedroom. Great horned toads! What is that howling going on outside? The howling seems to be coming from within the house, not outside. Is there an animal loose? Bill has an excuse for all the evidence that Jim points out, but the explanations may be falling short. Why does Bill act so strangely? Forget that, how long will it take for Jim to grow a brain and figure it all out.
Calling on some scientific favors, jim discovers the secret of a srange malformed body. It’s what he needs to put the pieces together, and he realizes why his friend had to move to the island manor. Though he knows, can he stop the chain of events that are already in motion?
