After the morning news and weather report on the radio, Pedro is there to talk in your face. He tells about some trouble that he got into with his girlfriends dad. The gals keep talking about fashions, new inventions and innovations. Joined by the Sportsmen, Judy sings and yodels her way through, Cheri Beri Bin.
With the new 1946 cars on the market, Judy and Pedro head to town to shop for one. If only her old car will hold up to make the trip. What kind of deal will the doubletalking salesman give to Judy? Rival Brenda Laverne shows up to compete for a car, and dish out some jokes on Judy.
Judy and Brenda take a car for a test drive. And Judy returns home to let Aunt Aggie know how her car shopping trip went.
