The creepy host invites you to turn the lights down low, and listen to a classic tale of terror. Mr Houston is a newspaper reporter who is looking for a gruesome story to print. Is there ghosts haunting the waxworks, and the images of them there? By design, the waxwork chamber is meant to be creepy, and the figures of notorious killers finish off the spooky atmosphere. Taking the tour through it, the reporter is briefed on each scene, and the murder it portrays.
All the killers are said to have met their fate at the hangman’s rope. All but one who killed with his razor. No sign of him has ever been found, and… hey, is that wax figure moving just a little? The tour is over, the manager leaves, and Mr Houston is left to spend the night among the creepy displays. No statues are seen moving, yet the feeling that subtle changes all around him are occurring are felt. There’s a feeling of being watched. Should Houston stay? Has he learned enough for writing his article? Nerves are stretched. Suspense builds.
Is the reporter losing his mind? Time stands still when the unbelievable happens. Wax statues can’t move, can they?
PS: This is the only episode I have of this show. If someone knows of others that exist, feel free to let me know where I can find them.
