Will it be a small party, or a large one? Speaking of large parties, Geranium enters with the latest word about her boyfriend Pomeroy. Busy shopping experiences in people packed stores are shared. Pedro talks about hanging his mistletoe, and how he entertains his girl. Will he play Santa for Judy’s party? Downtown Judy shops for Christmas gifts with Pedro.
The Sportsmen sing Judy a special song for Christmas. It’s their version of, Merrily On We Go, Back home, Judy shares the war stories of her shopping trip with aunt Aggie and Geranium. The conversation meanders to memories of Christmas in Cactus Junction, and in flashback we join Ma and Pa Canova. Learn what the relatives back home are brewing, and the health of family members. Pa even takes a bath for the holiday festivities. Judy’s boyfriend from back home, Luke, stops in to show off his Christmas present for Judy.
Back in Judy’s home, the final trimmings are put on the tree. Accompanied by the Sportsmen, Judy sings, Candles on A Christmas Tree.
