In the frozen North, Bob finds a thief in his camp. Though he fends off the stranger, Bob is found by his partner Bill, and together they go home. Nearing their cabin, Mary greets Bob, and he’s concerned for her safety.
When an incident occurs where a halfbreed attacked Mary and the baby, it appears to be revenge after the beating Bob gave to his thief.
Bob is riled up, and insists on going with Preston on his search for the halfbreed. He’s well intended, but his hot headed nature conflicts with Preston’s slow and cautious approach to the chase. Once the search gets close to the end, will Bob keep his head? Has he learned any lessons on patience and respect for the hazardous terrain? Will justice for their outlaw eventually be delivered?
