Facing down a brave crew on an icebound ship, the monster that Frankenstein created seems unstoppable.
The monster confronts Victor to take away any of his successes and advantages, causing the maker to suffer at the hand of the creation. Does Victor still have it in himself to destroy his creation, or has the creation become more powerful than its creator?
The monster leaves Victor to agonize over what to do next, and disappears from the ship to live to strike more terror and murder as he sees fit. Victor seems ready to devote himself to tracking down the monster, and doing all he can to destroy his creation. Is it going to be a matter of doing too little, too late? The trail of corpses in the wake of the monster won’t be difficult to follow.
