Last week, Queen Azura had relinquished the Blue Mountain land to Flash to rule over, but Doc Zarkoff built a space ship for our heros to fly back to earth.
Let’s leave Flash and his friends for now, and turn to the Maylay jungle where Jim and his trusty native friend talk about their recent adventure. Jim and Kolo find a canoe and paddle away to come upon a white man being attacked by a screaming panther.
The man is Reverend Chowmers, a missionary who is in the jungle with his wife. Jim tells that he is an adventurer who originally came to the jungle to find animals to take to zoos and circuses. Instead he has found himself in one adventure after another, and righting wrongs.
Suddenly there’s a crash, and a big silver bird has fallen from the sky. What could it be? Some kind of airplane? It’s Flash, Dale, and Doc, of course. They are all in good shape for their crash landing. The missionaries make sure they are nursed back to health, and hear their fantastical story of their adventures in the realm of Mongo.
