As evening grows late, and night approaches, Dave and his gal decide to do some rock climbing. The castle at the top of the sea side cliff is there goal. Though they’re warned off by a local man, and thunder clouds form, they are still determined to get to the castle before the rain starts. At the top, moaning is heard, and a woman is found. Will they be able to get her into the safety of the castle?
Nobody seems to be home at the castle, and strange sounds can be heard. A ghostly apparition of a young woman stands in the doorway. Does she mean the visitors harm, or good? O come on, ghosts in a castle, are they ever up to any good?
The old woman who was rescued earlier is certain that she is doomed to die, and tells the tragic story of her young mistress. She was the bride of a horrible brute of a man. He was also jealous of Norine, as we find out in flashback. Is there anything to his fears that Norine has a lover on the side? What will the outcome be of this creepy and tragic tale?
