Audio is tinney, but otherwise clear. A man finds himself locked in a room with windows too high to jump out, even if they weren’t locked as well. He’s desperate to get to his gal, Lenora. He hears her calling, but he is helpless to get to her. How did he get himself to this point? His brother tells a tragic tale of love and death.
Arnold doesn’t know that Lenora has died of an illness. A couple of female atendants are hired to care for the mentally distressed Arnold. Can they calm his nerves? Will Arnold come to believe his wife is dead? Doesn’t anyone other than Arnold hear Lenora calling to him? Suddenly a knock comes tap, tapping at the door and … can it actually be Lenore coming through the locked door?
The hermit will reveal the secrets before the night is done. Finally., Arnold has escaped through the door that the ghostly apparition has opened. Running at a pace that only a madman can achieve, Bruce and the attendant have a hard time on their chase after Arnold. At the grave site a terrible secret is revealed about murder and jealousy.
