Red enters and talks with Truman about Spring house cleaning. Harriot is already finished with her cleaning, and teases Red about his work clothes, and they compare notes on cleaning equipment and techniques. The conversation drifts to growing Victory Gardens.

Red and Ozzie talk about getting lost. It leads to a sketch about Willie Lumplump, who has nearly been hit by a car. The car driver, Truman Bradley asks for directions to a good hotel. Willie complains about his wife. since the directions from Willie are lacking, he rides along to point out where to go.
Next, Junior gets lost in a department store. The store detective is helpful in lending Junior a hand, at least until he gets to know him. I wonder if Junior’s mom lost him on purpose.
Mom manages to find Junior, and rescues the detective. The hungry Junior isn’t finished with his pranks just yet, and he keeps on terrorizing the store patrons. The stairway is just too tempting, and he risks getting a whipping, as he slides down the banister, and knocks Ozzie over.

Deadeye and his gang are high tailing it across the desert after robbing the bank. Wonderful Smith talks with him as Calamity Jane rides up. Deadeye doesn’t seem to get out much, but as the gang stops to rest, it is clear that they are all lost. The thirsty gang get into a little fight over the watering hole, and a coyote call seems to give them a clue where they may be. The sheriff comes with some water as he catches up with them. Ozzie plays a swinging tune, then fades into the commercial.
