A couple of shady salesmen decide to burn down houses, in hopes that the owners will want to rebuild with the bricks that they sell. When the fire pumper wagon of Dover City has troubles, Cisco is on hand to bail the fire department out. We learn of rivalry between fire companies, and rumor begins of Cisco being a trouble maker. Which will matter more, fighting fires, or fighting amongst themselves?
Will the authorities be convinced that Cisco is a trouble maker? Can he clear his name, and solve the mystery of who the arsonist is? The fires just won’t stop, but neither does Cisco. With a little help from Pancho, and his new feathered friend, Cisco gets the fire companies working together, and puts the finger on the killers.
